Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. beef flank steak
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Orange Mandarin Sesame Dressing
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. lite soya sauce
  • 4 cups tightly packed baby spinach
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 5 cups cooked brown rice

Preparation

Step 1

Place steak in crock pot. Top with onions.

Mix beef broth, orange juice, salad dressing, brown sugar, ginger, and soya sauce. Pour over onions.

Cook on low, 6 to 7 hours.

Remove steak and cut against the grain into thin slices. Return to crock pot.

Add spinach, bean sprouts and green onion. Mix lightly.

Serve over rice.
