Sambuca Chocolate Fudge Sauce
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 8 tablespoons sweet butter
- 2 tablespoons Sambuca liqueur (or strong espresso coffee)
In a sauce pan over low heat, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Add the Sambuca (or espresso coffee)and stir. Pour over ice cream and let harden.
