  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 pkg (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 squares (1 oz each) white baking chocolate, melted,
  • 2 cups blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries
  • Additional berries, optional

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar, beating until stiff peaks form; set aside. In another mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add chocolate and beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.

Alternate layers and mousse and berries in parfait glasses, ending with mousse. Garnish with additional berries, if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to three hours.

Yield: 4-6 servings.
