I used a rotisserie chicken & Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup.

Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 rotisserie chicken or 4-5 cooked chicken breasts, shredded or diced
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 small can peas & carrots OR Veg-All, drained
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp pepper
- Crust:
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the filling ingredients. Pour into a greased 8 x 11 casserole dish. In a medium bowl, combine the crust ingredients & pour over the filling. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 & bake for 40-50 minutes.
