  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salad-
  • 20 oz ground turkey
  • 1.25 oz pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 mangos, chopped
  • 3/4 red pepper, chopped
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped green onion
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp grated lime peel
  • 2 cups spinach

Step 1

Heat oven to 425. Invert 4 10 oz custard cups onto baking pan, brush outside of cups and one side of each tortilla with butter. Place tortillas butter side up over cups, bake 4-6 min until slightly browned. In med skillet, brown turkey until no longer pink, add taco seasoning and water, cook over low heat 3-5 min until heated through.
