- 3 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 head boston lettuce
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lb imitation crabmeat, broken into chunks
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp slivered pickled ginger
