Strawberry Banana Bread

This is a recipe that I found online and it has the perfect combination of strawberry and banana flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups ripe bananas, mashed (about 3 large bananas)
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 lbs frozen strawberries, thawed and sliced into small pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray non-stick cooking spray onto the bottom and sides of two 9" x 5" glass loaf pans. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the bananas and scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition; Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and stir until fully incorporated; Add the strawberries. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans and bake for 70 - 85 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the loaves to cool completely on a wire rack before inverting onto a plate. Serve the bread warm.
