PEANUT Butter cookie

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2.5 cup flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugars together until creamy. Add eggs one at a time until blended, then vanilla. Combine dry ingredients together and slowly add to the creamed mixture. Scoop out cookies on sheet pan and dip fork in sugar and make criss cross marks on dough.

Bake at 350' for 10 minutes. Enjoy. Mom's cookies.
