Dinner Meatball Sandwiches

If using frozen meatballs, put with sauce frozen. If using homemade, bake them first, then heat them with the sauce.

Ingredients

• Meatballs (about 4-5 per sandwich)
• Pasta Sauce
• Mozzarella Cheese
• Sandwich Rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the meatballs and pasta sauce on low-medium heat, gently stirring occasionally.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place as many meatballs and sauce into each roll. Top with more sauce if desired and place each roll on baking sheet as you fill them.

Top each sandwich with cheese and bake at 400F for about 10-15 mins until cheese is melted and sandwiches are heated through.

To make these ahead of time, or if you're going to pack them to go, start by spraying a piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray, filling the sandwich and wrapping each individual sandwich. Bake sandwiches same temp and time.
