Ingredients

  • 4

    Cups Rolled Oats, Uncooked

  • 1/3

    C. Wheat Germ

  • 1/3

    C. Coconut, Shredded

  • 1/3

    C. Sesame Seeds

  • 1/3

    C. Nuts chopped

  • 1/3

    C. Brown sugar

  • 1/2

    tsp. Cinnamon

  • 1/3

    C. Vegetable oil or melted margarine

  • 1/3

    C. Honey

  • 1

    tsp. Vanilla

  • 1/3

    Rasins or other dried fruit

Directions

1. Cook oats 21/2 mins in microwave 2. Add all dry ingredients except raisins 3. Blend well with fork 4. Add vanilla, oil and honey 5. Blend well with fork 6. Microwave on medium level (5 or 6) (50% power) for 6 mins. Stirring every 2 mins. 7. Add raisins or craisins - cook 2 additional mins. 8. Press in bowl and let cool. 9. After cool break in pieces and store in air tight container. Keep in fridge to keep fresh.
