Broccoili Quiche

Ingredients

• 2 boxes of frogen broccoli or spinach
• 11/2 tbl margarine
• 11/2 cups cofee rich
• 11/2 tbl flour
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup of mayo
• 2 tsp onion soup mix
• frozen deep dish pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

cook frozen broc. or spinach & drain(squeeze out) . Let cool. Mix ingredients together. Pour into pie crust. Top with cornflake crumbs 1 hour at 450
