Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat & silver skin
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tea. ground cumin
- 1 tea. dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. red pepper flakes

Step 1
Mix orange juice, grapefruit juice, cilantro, cumin, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper flakes in large zip-lock bag. Add pork and refrigerate fro at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours.
Prepare grill for direct medium-hot grilling. Adjust temp to 400 degrees. Lightly oil cooking grate.
Remove pork from marinade, drain briefly, but do not scrape off solids. Place on grill and cover grill. Cook, turning occasionally, until browned and thermometer inserted in center reads 145 degrees, about 20-27 minutes.
Transfer to cutting board and let stand 3 minutes. Cut on slight diagonal and serve.
