No-Bake Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, cut up
- 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups plus 2 tbsp packaged chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup miniature candy-coated semi-sweet chocolate pieces or chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Grease an 8-inch square baking pan or line the pan with foil; set aside.
In a heavy medium-sized saucepan, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Bring mixture just to boiling. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes more or until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
Stir in 2 cups of the cookie crumbs. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp cookie crumbs and candy or nuts; press down gently with back of spoon. Cover and chill 4 hours or until firm. Cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
