Peach Dessert Quickie

Ingredients

• Sliced peaches to fill an 8-by-8-inch baking dish to it's 3/4 mark
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the egg, set aside. Lightly coat baking dish with unsaturated oil. Fill dish 3/4-full with sliced peaches. In mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients then add the beaten egg. Spread this topping over the sliced peaches. Bake until golden brown in 350 F oven about 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream, whipped topping or milk.
