PB Golden Graham Bars

A combo of Smores Bars and Scotcharoos...more peanut buttery.

Ingredients

• 1 C light corn syrup
• 1 C sugar
• 1 C creamy peanut butter
• 1 box (12 oz) Golden Grahams cereal
• 1 + cups mini marshmallows
• chocolate chips-as desired, or melted and drizzled on top
• (I used 1 handful and added last to the mix)

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 9x13. Heat syrup and sugar to boiling stirring constantly. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, stir until smooth. Add cereal, mix well. Stir in marshmallows 1 cup at a time. Spoon mixture into sprayed pan. Drizzle with melted choc. chips if desired. Let stand at room temp at least one hour before cutting.
