- 5 oz Mussels
- 1/2 lemon
- 4.2 oz chicken stock
- A pinch of oregano (fresh or dried)

Step 1
Pull beards off the mussels and scrub shells clean. Cut lemon into wedges. Lay out 1 sheet of foil and fold up edges to create a bowl. Place mussels in foil bowl and top with stock. Add wedges and oregano then seal bowl shut. Leave space for the mussels to open and pouch to expand.
Place packet on hot grill or in oven for 8-10 minutes or until shells are open. Discard any mussels that did not open after 10 minutes (DO NOT EAT CLOSED MUSSELS).
