- 1 egg, beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup high-lysine cornmeal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Combine first five ingredients and let sit 1/2 hour. Stir in remaining ingredients and fill oiled, preheated corn stick pans about 3/4 full. Bake at 425 F for about 15 minutes or until done.
