Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16 oz) rotini
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pitted black ripe olives
- 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni (3 oz)
- 1/4 lb salami, cut into 1/4" pieces (3/4 cup)
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill weed
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
1) Cook & drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
2) To make Fresh Dill Vinaigrette, shake the following ingredients in tightly covered container: extra-virgin olive oil, white wine, red wine vinegar, salt, sugar, dill weed, & pepper.
3) Place pasta & remaining ingredients in large glass or plastic bowl.
4) Add vinaigrette; toss gently until evenly coated.
5) Cover & refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors, but no longer than 24 hours.
6) Toss before serving.
