- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ]2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 4 pounds ground beef
- sauce
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
meatballs
in large bowl beat eggs
add the next 5 ingredients
add ground beef, mix well
shape in 1 inch balls
makes about 12 dozen balls
place on ungreased cookie sheet
bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes or
until no longer pink in middle
freeze 30 to a bag
sauce
mix all together and cook on top of stove until hot
add meatballs continue to cook until meatball are hot
serve on hoggie buns
