Ingredients
- 1/2 pound tofu, crumbled
- 10 pitted olives, green or black
- 1/3 cup pecan or walnut halves
- 1 1/2 ounces cream cheese
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- A few tablespoons of olive juice, dill pickle juice, or beer

Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender to assist the process. Add more juice or beer, a little at a time, to achieve a moist, easily spread consistency. Refrigerate at least an hour to combine flavors.
