Ingredients
- 3-4 Lbs Beef Sort Ribs
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 1/2 Tea Paprika
- 1 Tea Salt
- 1/2 Tea Dry Mustard
- 2 Medium Onions, Sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Cup 1/2 Beef Broth and 1/2 red wine

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown Short Ribs in skillet, and drain well
2. Combine Flour, Paprika, Salt and Dry Mustard. Toss with the ribs.
3. Place the Onions, garlic on the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
4. Place the Ribs on top of onions.
5. Pour the liquid over the ribs.
6. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours, or high for 4 to 6 hours.
7. Remove Ribs to warm platter. Strain fat from Juice and use as sauce.
