Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz) cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1-2 T prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 2 c fresh sliced small mushrooms
  • 1 c chopped tomatoes
  • 1 c chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c chopped green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Separate crescent dough into four long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 10 x 15 jelly roll pan; press over bottom and 1" up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Bake at 375 deg F 14-19 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely.

In small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper; blend until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Top with vegetables.
Cut and serve in appetizer-size pieces. Refrigerate. 60 appetizers.

Layer the veggies one at a time, scattering each one over all the ‘pizza’, so that each piece will have all the vegetables, and all the colors will be visible on each serving.
