Ingredients
- 2 Tbl. vegetable oil
- 12 oz. boneless chicken breast, but into chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 qt (32 oz) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 Tbl. parsley flakes
- pepper to taste
- 1 (12oz pkg) Reames Frozen Flat Dumplings

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, heat oil. Add chicken and onions. Saute until chicken is lightly browned. Add broth, celery, parsley and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil. Add dumplings, stirring to separate. Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent dumplins from sticking.
