1-2-3 Cake

For a quick small cake for one, when you need that something sweet

Ingredients

• boxes of cake mix:
• 1 any flavor you prefer, the other must be Angel Food Cake
• 2 tbs water

Preparation

Step 1

1.Mix the two cake mixes together and store in an air tight container

2. When you want a snack, spoon out 3 tbs of cake mix in a coffee mug and mix in 2 tbsp of water.

3. Microwave for 1 minute and you will have a single serving of cake.

4. Top with fruit, ice cream, whipping cream or whatever you like.
