Ingredients
- 2 cans (28 oz each) Italian-style pear-shaped (plum) tomatoes, drained
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 cloves garlic

Step 1
1) Place all ingredients in food processor or blender.
2) Cover & process until smooth.
3) Use sauce immediately, or cover & refrigerate up to 48 hours, or freeze up to 2 months.
