Ingredients
- 1 package 7oz shell macaroni
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper chopped
- 1 can rotel
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 cups shredded cheese divided 1 1/2 & 1/2
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8oz can tomatoes sauce
- 1 can whole corn drained

Preparation
Step 1
cook macaroni
cook beff, onin, green pepper and celery
drain stir in soup, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili powder
drain macaroni, stir in beef, corn and 1 1/2 cups cheese
bake in 12X9 greased pan
sprinkle with remaining cheese
bake uncovered at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
