Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups peanuts
- 12 ounces Semi-Sweet chocolate, melted

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, and salt. Stir in peanuts to evenly coat. Spread in single layer on parchment paper-lined jelly-roll pan.
3. Bake 15 minutes or until browned and caramelized. Cool completely.
4. Stir into melted chocolate until well coated. Spread evenly on waxed paper-lined pan. Refrigerate until set.
