Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
1) Cut eggs lengthwise in half.
2) Scoop yolk from eggs into medium bowl; mash with fork.
3) Stir remaining ingredients into yolk.
4) Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping lightly.
5) Cover & refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
