Ingredients
- 2 TB butter
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 TB Olive oil
- 8 oz. pkg. sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg. Knorr Recipe Classics Vegetable or Spring Vegetable Soup Dip & Recipe Mix
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 cup regular or light sour cream

Step 1
In a 12" skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat & brown chicken, turning once. Remove chicken & cook mushrooms in olive oil. Add chicken. Stir in water, recipe mix, & dill. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer covered, for 10 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring sauce occasionally. Remove chicken & keep warm. Stir in sour cream. Spoon sauce over chicken. Serve with rice topped with more sauce.
