Ingredients
- 1/2 c Hosin sauce
- 1/4 c White vinegar
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 1/2 c Water
- 4 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp Ginger, fresh and grated
- 1 tbsp EVOO

Step 1
Sauce:
Wisk hosin, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, corn starch and water in a bowl. Add EVOO to pan, saute garlic, ginger and pepper flakes, 1 minute. Add remaining mixute and simmer until thickened.
Marinate:
Combine 6 tbsp of mixture with chicken in ziploc baggie, refidgerate 30 minutes. Cook accordingly.
