Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg fresh mushrooms, washed, dried, stems removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 oz Real Bacon Bits
  • 3/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt or 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 350
2) In medium bowl, blend cream cheese, bacon bits, 1/2 cup cheese, onion salt (or onion powder), & garlic powder.
3) Spoon filling into mushroom caps and place in glass baking dish.
4) Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheese over tops of mushrooms.
5) Bake for 20-25 minutes. Drain juice from pan before serving.
