- 1 sprig cilantro
- 1 sprig sage
- 1 sprig Thai basil
- 1 sprig oregano
- 1 jalapeño
- 3 ounces water
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup

Preparation
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker, muddle rosemary, mint, cilantro, sage, Thai basil, oregano and jalapeño with water, lime juice and simple syrup. Add ice, shake well and strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a chilled coupe.
