Ingredients
- 565 grams ground beef
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 6 slices melba toast, ground
- 1 Tbsp. dry chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- seasonings as desired

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Mix together. Form 18 meatballs of 50 grams each. Bake 20 minutes in 2 mini muffin tins. Each serving is 3 meatballs
