  • 1 devil's food cake mix
  • 1 small box instant choc pudding
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 t. instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup very hot tap water
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup creme de cacao
  • glaze1 cup conf sugar
  • 2 T strong coffee
  • 2 T coffee liqueur
  • 2 T creme de cacao

Preparation

Step 1

350* grease a bundt pan.
in large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, oil and eggs.
dissove instant coffee granules in hot water and add to cake mix, along with alcohols.
mix at low speed to blend. turn mixer on high and mix for 2 min.. pour into pan. bake 50-55 min. until cake pulls away from sides of pan or cake tests done.
using skewe punch holes through to bottom of cake at 1 in. intervals. pour galze oover cake and let absor before turning cake out onto plate.
