Preparation

Step 1

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Let’s make the crust! Mix Cream Cheese, Eggs, Basil, Garlic Powder and Parmesan Cheese with a hand mixer until well blended.

3. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick cooking spray then spread the Crust mixture evenly into the pan.

4. Bake the Crust for 15-30 minutes, or until golden brown. All ovens cook differently so check the crust at 15 minutes and if it is not done, continue to cook and keep checking it…you don’t want it to get overdone.

5. When the Crust is done, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool. Turn the oven temperature up to 400 degrees to preheat for baking the Pizza.

6. Now to assemble the Pizza! Spread the Pizza Sauce evenly on the cooled Crust.

7. Next sprinkle 1 Cup of the Mozzarella Cheese over the Sauce.

8. Now begin to layer the toppings you select for your Pizza. (In the above picture, I used Green Pepper, Onions, Pepperoni and Black Olives) Choose any toppings you like that are Low Carb such as Sausage, Mushrooms, Ham, etc.

9. Now sprinkle the remaining Mozzarella Cheese on top of your Toppings and pop the Pizza in the oven and bake for an additional 10-20 minutes or until the Cheese is melted and starts to turn a golden brown.

Serve your Pizza with Grated Parmesan Cheese and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes.
