Ingredients

• filling:
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 cup walnuts
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

In bowl, mix dry ingredients except sugar. In mixer, cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla, alternate adding flour mixture and sour cream.

Pour half batter into baking pan. Pour filling into pan. Pour remaining batter in top of filling.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
