Vegetarian Breakfast Hash: Substitute 2 tbsp chopped broccoli or well-drained chopped spinach, 1 chopped mushroom and 3 chopped grape tomatoes for the sausage.

- 1 cup frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 fully-cooked frozen breakfast sausage links, chopped
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
