Ingredients
- 8 cups flour
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 T salt
- 2 T baking powder
- 1 T baking soda
- 5 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 T vanilla
- 5 cans 15oz fruit cocktail
- topping
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups walnuts
- 2 T flour

Step 1
350*.. in large bowl combine dry ingred. add eggs and vanilla.. mix well by hand.. fold in fruit cocktail.
pour into 4 13x9 pans..
combine topping and srinkle over top..bake 40-45 min
