Ingredients
- 6 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 (14 oz) stewed tomatoes with green peppers
- 1 (8 oz) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Cook spaghetti and drain (should be about 3 cups). Stir in butter, parmesan cheese, and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread with cottage cheese.
In skillet, cook ground beef, sausage, onion and seasonings until brown. Drain. Stir in undrained tomatoes and paste. Heat through. Pour into crust. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
Yield: 6 servings
