- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup canola oil mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- FOR THE SLAW:
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons sliced fresh chives

Preparation
Step 1
TO MAKE THE DRESSING:
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and Dijon in a bowl. Season dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
TO MAKE THE SLAW:
Add coleslaw mix, celery, chives and dressing. Toss to combine.
