Ingredients
- 1 lb chopped ham, strips or small cubes
- 3/4 lb baby swiss, finely shredded
- 1 1/2 - 2 c sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 Tbsp dill weed
- 2 - 3 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 - 4 Tbsp horseradish sauce (depending on taste)
- 1/3 - 1/2 c mayonnaise dressing
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Shred the baby swiss cheese.
Chop the ham and rinse/drain the sauerkraut really well.
Squeeze the kraut to get the most liquid out as possible.
Add all your ingredients in a bowl and stir together till well combined.
Horsey sauce and mayonnaise dressing can be added or placed on bread
