- 1 tsp oil
- 2 tbsp diced white onions
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 cups chicken stock
Put the oil in a medium-size pot and heat briefly over a medium flame.Add
the onions and cook for 2 min.Add the rice and toss till the rice is coated
in oil.Add tomato sauce and toss again till the rice is red.Add the chicken stock and reduce the heat.Continue simmering till the rice is tender.
