  • 1 package (34g Packet) Knorr's Demi-glace Sauce Mix
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • Sour Cream, to taste

Step 1

Prepare the sauce according to the package directions.

In a pan, over medium heat, heat butter and fry the onion until tender.

In a large bowl, add ground beef, egg, salt, pepper, and the cooked onion. Mix to combine. Roll the mixture into meatballs.

Add meatballs to a pan and brown until cooked through, turning occasionally.

Pour the sauce into the pan and add the sour cream. There is no specific quantity for the sour cream. You have to taste it and adjust it to your taste.

Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
