Fruit Salsa w/Baked Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
- 1 kiwi (peeled & diced)
- 1 Golden Delicious apple (peeled, cored & diced)
- 4 oz. raspberries
- 8 oz. strawberries (diced)
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 T brown sugar
- 1 1/2 T fruit preserves (strawberry jam)
- 10 small flour tortillas (fajita size about 7 inches)
- 4 T melted butter
- 2 c cinnamon sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl mix fruits, sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat one side of each tortilla with melted butter. Sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Using a pizza cutter, cut each in half and then each half into w wedges. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Allow to coll 15 minutes. Serve with chilled salsa.
NOTE:
Best when mad and eaten the same day otherwise it gets runny.
