• 1 cup margarine
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups zucchini grated
• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 cup nuts

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugar and add eggs. Mix dry ingredients. Fold dry ingredients into butter mixture. Fold in zucchini.

Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
