- 1 3-lb. chicken, cut into pieces
- 3 large sweet potatoes cut into 3/4-inch wedges
- 1/4 cup Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix dressing, sugar and thyme in a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
Transfer potatoes to a 17 by 11 pan, reserving the remaining dressing in the bowl.
Add chicken to bowl and toss to coat. Place in pan with potatoes.
Bake at 375* for 1 hour. Serve on a platter. Strain sauce and pour over platter.
