  • 1 jicama, peeled and sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 to 2 ripe peaches, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 sweet onion, mixed
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Put the lime juice into a medium bowl. Peel and dice the peaches and add to the bowl, tossing to coat the peaches. Add remaining ingredients and combine all. Place in a pretty bowl and serve with jicama slices for dipping.
