Ingredients
- 1 tsp.oil
- 2 tbsp.diced white onions
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 pieces bay leaf

Step 1
Put the oil in a medium-size pot and heat briefly over a medium flame.Add
the onions and cook for 2 min.Add the rice and toss till the rice is coated with the oil.Add the chicken stock and the bay leaf.Reduce the heat and simmer for 35-40 minutes or until the rice is tender.
