• 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
• 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Asian sweet chili sauce
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 4 (1/2 inch thick) boneless pork chop
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1

Stir hoison sauce and next 3 ingredients. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade. Add chops in marinade and chill 2-4 hours.

Grill chops 3-4 minutes per side. Brush with remaining marinade.
