Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. cocoa
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. light corn syrup
• 1/2 c. half & half or evapoarted milk
• 1/4 t. salt
• 3 T. butter
• 1 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT vanilla in saucepan

Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boilbriskly for 3 minutes stirring ocassionally

Remove mixture from heat and add vanilla

Makes 2 1/2 cups
